Black Tie Party Rentals Co. was founded in 2025 by Andrew and Karen Kovar in Daytona Beach, Florida. A husband-and-wife team building the rental company they wished existed when they were planning their own events.

We started Black Tie because the Daytona market needed a rental company that treats every event the same way, whether it's a backyard birthday for thirty guests or a five-hundred-person wedding under a tent.

Andrew handles logistics, delivery and the rental side. Karen leads Dreamhaus, the design and styling division, for clients who want balloon installs, draping, custom paper goods and full event design from the same team.
